audio files

Does anyone know where I can post audio files of the lectures? They are too big to e-mail to people.

eReserves

I posted the link to eReserves for 146 in the links column to the right. You'll still need to enter the password when you click on the link.

Thanks to Jan for posting all this stuff so we don't have to sift through a million emails!

Posting on the blog

Anyone interested in posting on the blog or adding a document without me as the middle person is encouraged to do so. Since the blog is public, I will privately email you instructions for posting and uploading to avoid random people from messing with our site. You can email me at the spsccnursing2011@gmail.com or just talk to me in class for more information. Good luck with finals next week folks!

Documents

Unfortunately, the blogger format here does not allow me to upload files that have been emailed to us, or that we might want to share for studying purposes. This is the point where after a little bit of clicking around I realize we can use Google Docs to share this kind of stuff. So, here is the first official link to a document sent to us by Jan about next quarter's schedule.

When I add a document I will post a link in the text of the blog, and add a link to the sidebar link list.

In order to set up a shared google document, I opened up an email account. So there will be two ways that you can have a document posted for sharing. The easiest way will be to send an email to spsccnursing@gmail.com From there I will post it. The other way would be to go into the account and upload it directly to google docs from your computer. Anyone interested in this method can let me know, and I'll tell you the password. I'm willing to moderate the email and this site, but I don't need to control the whole thing. Anyone wanting to participate is welcome!

So here's what you can do: try it out! Click the links and see if they work. Give me some feedback. And when its working smoothly, add your study notes and tips for your classmates to share. More to come...

Michelle

SPSCC Nursing Students- class of 2011!

Hey folks,
I thought since we all could benefit from sharing study guides and notes, we might like a forum for us to share that kind of information. While the Angel 140 board does connect us all to eachother, it might be nice to keep that format clear of additional clutter. Here is a place where we can all contribute and provide support. In the next couple posts I will describe how to upload onto and access this page so anyone can participate. If it's helpful, we can maintain it over the next few years.

Thanks for stopping by,
Michelle
